		<description>Of course if you need to feed your family. That comes first. Having said that it is the more targeted your job search the better your results will tend to me. If you are vague and unsure of what you want company (or job) you want then you will have a difficult time finding success. 

Put yourself in the shoes of the hiring manager. Would you hire the guy who says &quot;I&#039;ll take anything&quot; or the guys who says &quot;I&#039;m looking for a position with your company and here is what I bring to the table&quot;. 

The fact that the country is in a funk does not change this fundamental fact.

Unfortunately, 1 in 10 people do not have that luxury anymore, and an even higher percentage of your web traffic are on boards like these.  Finding the best-fit company is not high on their priority list; finding the money to pay their monthly bills is.</description>
